About me

My path to Biodynamic Massage Therapy has been full of twists and turns. I bring with me a 12-year career in the corporate world, a 13-year career as a leadership and organisation development consultant and a 4-year period when I trained and worked as a Gestalt Psychotherapy trainee counsellor for Mind. Like you, I am no stranger to what life brings!

Central to everything for me is a deep appreciation of the human condition and the uniqueness of each person. An ongoing enquiry for me is our sense of empowerment and disempowerment in a society where we are at the same time more in control and much less in control. We live in and with many paradoxes. What has brought me into working directly with the body is that I feel our body is our primary and ultimate home. This home of ours is both known and unknown. All of us, at some point in our lives, are drawn to be better acquainted with, take better care of, and learn to love our bodies a little more. With Biodynamic Massage Therapy, I am delighted to bring all that I am into contact with what’s happening in the moment.

I am a certified Biodynamic Massage Therapist from the Cambridge Body Psychotherapy Center and a full member of the Association for Biodynamic Massage Therapists (ABMT). I am a registered member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) as well as a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). In case it’s relevant to you, in the business arena, I also hold an MBA with Distinction from Warwick Business School.
